Payment Options

Here are the various payment options we offer for training materials in the Linup Front Shop:

• Pre-payment is required for private customers. (We used to send invoices to private customers, too, but people have tried to rip us off a few times too often, so that's over. You only have yourselves to blame.) It is optional in all other cases.
• We shall send an invoice for all other orders.
• For-profit licensees can opt to have orders added to their regular license fee payment.
• We are looking into offering more flexible payment schemes such as Paypal or credit cards. Stay tuned!

Shipping

Actual books will be shipped by mail to customers in Germany and other EU countries. For orders below €100 there is a €4 shipping/handling surcharge; orders from €100 up are shipped for free. If you are interested in having books shipped elsewhere, please contact us — but note that German postal rates are extortionate.

For licensees, PDF master copies are either made available for download from a designated directory or else sent out by e-mail. One master copy is about 1 megabyte in size (give or take) so if you order a lot of them make sure that your e-mail account has enough space.
